Returns

Carrocel’s return policy is effective for 3 days after receipt of purchase. If 3 days have gone by since your receipt, we will not authorize a return.

Returns, refunds or exchanges are only warranted if the item is received incomplete or damaged by shipping and not covered by negligence caused by purchaser or shipper.

A claim will be initiated with the shipping company provided that Carrocel co-ordinates the shipment to the purchaser. Claims will be processed to try to cover the costs of damaged items. Once the costs are recuperated from the insurance claim for damaged items, a refund would then be authorized to the purchaser.

To be eligible for a return, purchaser’s item must be unused and in the same condition received. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is the sole customer’s responsibility and cost, Carrocel will not arrange nor pay for return shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the item returned to the Carrocel showroom. Returns must be authorized by Carrocel via email before being shipped back.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that the item has been processed and returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days of approval date.

An email notification will be sent with details of the confirmed refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank.

Contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@carrocel.com and send your item to: 245 Bridgeland Avenue, Toronto, ON, M6A 1Y7, Canada. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping

For product returns please ship items to: 245 Bridgeland Avenue, Toronto, ON, M6A 1Y7, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any circumstance. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted if the shipping is handled by Carrocel.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
