Delivery Overview

Carrocel offers delivery services throughout Canada and internationally. Due to the size, value, and unique nature of many items in our collection, shipping arrangements are coordinated individually based on destination, item dimensions, and delivery requirements.

Complimentary Local Delivery

Carrocel is pleased to offer complimentary delivery for orders delivered within approximately 100 km of our showroom location:

Eligible delivery locations are calculated automatically during checkout.

Delivery scheduling will be coordinated directly with the purchaser once the order is prepared for shipment.

Complimentary delivery in our 100 km servicing area in some cases is a full white glove service or scheduled curb side drop-off, please inquire for details before purchasing at [email protected]

Local Showroom Pickup

Customers may also select Local Pickup (Showroom Pickup) during checkout at no additional charge.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Pickup arrangements must be confirmed in advance prior to arrival.

Delivery Beyond 100 km (Canada)

For delivery locations beyond approximately 100 km from the Carrocel showroom, shipping costs are not automatically calculated online. A custom shipping quote will be provided following purchase based on distance, item size, and delivery requirements.

Fulfillment will proceed once delivery arrangements and associated shipping costs are confirmed with the purchaser.

United States & International Delivery

Shipping for U.S. and international destinations is arranged by custom quotation. After an order is placed, our team will contact the purchaser to coordinate delivery options and provide a shipping estimate prior to fulfillment.

Shipping Costs

For orders requiring custom delivery arrangements, shipping costs are calculated after purchase and confirmed with the purchaser prior to fulfillment. Orders will not proceed to shipment until delivery arrangements and associated costs have been reviewed and approved.

Shipping costs outside the complimentary delivery area vary depending on:

Delivery location
Item size and weight
Packaging requirements
Carrier availability and service level

Delivery Coordination

Once an order is ready for shipment:

Carrocel will coordinate delivery arrangements with an appropriate carrier.
The purchaser will be contacted to confirm delivery details where required.
Delivery timing will depend on destination and carrier scheduling.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary.

Delivery Responsibilities

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring delivery access is suitable for the size and nature of the item, including:

Adequate entryways and pathways
Elevator or stair access where applicable
Any required building permissions or delivery scheduling

Additional charges resulting from delivery constraints or re-delivery requirements may be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Items should be inspected promptly upon delivery. Any visible damage or concerns should be noted at delivery and reported to Carrocel within three (3) calendar days of receipt in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Shipping Timing

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and logistics coordination. While Carrocel works to facilitate timely delivery, shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.
