Drexel furniture was founded in Drexel North Carolina in the early 1900's, where a no nonsense approach to furniture manufacturing was born with elements such as solid wood construction and dovetail drawer construction were standard on their pieces. This piece is in its original very good condition with a glowing mahogany patina that accentuates the beauty and depth of the wood grain.
